My loves!

When I love something I don’t keep it to myself! Here you’ll find books, music, food, places – anything that I’m loving right now and want to share with you!

This month I’m…

Living on purpose…

I love how the new year gives us a chance to start over! Every January since 2000 I’ve dedicated time to reflecting on the lessons of the past year and creating the vision for my year ahead. Year on year I’ve been amazed by how focusing my intentions can make my dreams a reality! I love to share this process with as many people as I can so if you want to create a fulfilling, vibrant 2019 come along to my Living On Purpose Workshop on Sunday 13th January 5-7pm. Invest a couple of hours to make this year your best one yet!

Using….

I love my teaching space to smell gorgeous and like to use only natural organic products. This Beat The Blues Room Spray creates an uplifting, harmonious and peaceful atmosphere without being overwhelming. It’s pricey but a little goes a long way! Available from Victoria Health

Travelling to…

I’m a solar powered girl and I feel so lucky that part of my job is to take students to do yoga and relax in beautiful places like this! Next February I’m off to North Goa with my gorgeous group of yogis for the fifth time. I can’t wait (and nor can they!).

Reading…

On my bedside table right now is The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer. As one of my favourite spiritual reads, I find myself constantly re-reading it and gifting it to friends. It’s an easy and engaging search for the answer to what can be a big heavy question – ‘Who are we?’. It’s clear, powerful, accessible but not oversimplified. It’s about the joy of welcoming love into your being and living in the moment. If you haven’t read this book I urge you to order it now!

Playing…

I enjoy playing music in class and use Spotify all the time to find great new tracks that fit the energy of the class I’m teaching. I love how music can uplift, energise, soothe, settle and move our spirit. You can listen to my latest (IY Medicine) playlist here.
