Urban Retreat – Find Your Inner Magic

Saturday 18 November 10.00am – 3.30pm

In recognition of the fact that it’s not always easy to get away for a weekend or a holiday, I’m holding a one day yoga escape. Many of us lead frantic and demanding lives so this is a precious chance to step off the hamster wheel. Take time out from the busy-ness of family, work and city life and rejuvenate yourself with yoga, meditation, yummy food and conversation with like-minded yogis. I really hope that you’ll join me!

Our morning yoga practice will be a warming heart opening flow – moving in a juicy, recalibrating way to amplify your power, raise your energy and find your inner magic.

After a light, healthy and delicious lunch I’ll lead you though a yin practice to give you the opportunity to explore your interior landscape with qualities of acceptance, reflection and compassion. You’ll learn to pay attention to your body, exactly as it is, with an attitude of kindness. We are all too critical of ourselves, of what we can and can’t do. This practice will remind you of the preciousness of life, to slow down enough that you can really be grateful for all that you have and all that you are. We’ll move slowly and mindfully, rejuvenating body, mind and soul as we do so.

I guarantee you’ll walk away from this workshop feeling uplifted, upshifted and enjoying the feeling of your own signature vitality! Click here to book.

Yoga Holiday at the luxurious Anahata Retreat in Ashwem, Goa

Wednesday 31 January – Thursday 8 February 2018

I’ve been to this little piece of paradise three times now and it’s so wonderful that I’m heading back next year! If fabulous daily yoga, soft sandy beaches, amazing Ayurvedic treatments and sunsets with a sundowner in your hand sound like your kind of fun then come and join me!

Expect to stretch, focus, energise, contemplate, be challenged and have fun with yoga, breathwork and meditation. There’ll also be plenty of time to relax, chill out, visit the famous Night Market, hang out at La Plage (Goa’s best restaurant!), check out Jade Jagger’s beach shack and more…. Honestly – you’ll go home feeling rested, replenished and with enough sun in your sun bank to see you through till spring.

We’re staying at the beautiful Anahata Retreat on Ashwem Beach – the best place I’ve discovered in the whole of Goa and my standards are pretty high!
